Trains 2022 Plus Download and Install

I purchased Trainz 2022 Plus on the Trainz site and downloaded and installed on a Windows 10 Pro system with 32 mb and an I7 cpu. It appears to have installed as a 32 bit program rather than 64 bit. What went wrong? 2nd question will Trainz 2022 Plus work with RailDriver?

TRS22 is a 64 bit program. What makes you think it is 32 bit?

Yes, TRS22 is Raildriver compatible.

I think he might be refering to the program being entered into the 'program files ' directory and not into 'program files (X86)' directory.

Thats always puzzeled me.

What is puzzling about that? Program files (X86) is the folder for legacy programs when the OS is 64bit. Program files is for native 64bit programs.

Thanks for the information. Yes, it surprised me it was not in the x86 folder. I am having trouble with RailDriver. I have followed RailDriver instructions from their web site - but it is not working. I do have it working with Train Simulator 2022 (now called Classic) and it works fine. I would rather use Trainz 2022 - any help0 is appreciated.

Double check the naming of the paths etc and enable controller support in settings.

Their instructions are for TRS19 so make sure you change TRS19 to TRS22.
