Unable to download assets - stuck on "Searching asset" screen.

I am using a "first class ticket" that I bought on 25th August to download assets on my copy of Trainz 2019. I've been away from 26th August until today, and as soon as I get back and try downloading any assets, it gets stuck on the screen with "Searching asset" and the download does not take place. I've been looking at this for more than 10 minutes and it happens with every asset I attempt to download. Now there's been an error "Unable to contact server". Anyone know what's happened and why?
 
I been trying to get my username and password for weeks now. Bumming me out. RJArtim

Seems like it hadn't "remembered" my log-in details because I'd been away for some time. Working again now, thanks.
