Missing Steam DLC

2 problems

I purchased the Amtrak Heritage Phase 4 P42DC from Steam, but it is not on the purchased tab in the content store, and it is not in Content Manager also.

also ATLS traffic lights are not working when everything is setup correctly.

Please note that for purchases in Steam, you must use the Steam edition of Trainz to access the purchase.
