I've looked at this before. There used to be a demo offered and might want to take a look at it. If you think it's worthy, bring it up in the Suggestion Boxcar. If there's enough interest, maybe N3V consider it. From first blush, it looked really awesome, but in reality it's really complex and difficult to use, and the results were not as impressive as you'd expect it to be.
The screenshots from Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 made me wish that N3V will release next version of Trainz with 3D cities generated from OSM data. Why don't Tony from N3V talk with Microsoft?
