Trainz for Mac - Surveyor wont load

When I start Trainz for Mac, I select the route I have been working on and select "Edit Route". Surveyor says it's loading, but the route doesnt appear on the screen. All of the controls on the right show up, but no route. I then go to "Driver", and the entire route is there and works fine. When I leave Driver and try to load Surveyor I still get nothing. This is quite frustrating, as I have done a lot of work on this route. Any ideas would be extremely appreciated?
