saving in Trainz 12

Hello,

I have come upon a saving problem in surveyor, out of the blue.
Upon exiting surveyor I get a message Session was saved successfully but was unable to commit to the Trainz data base, this task can be completed in content manager.
What does this mean? I have had it in the past, but cannot remember a fix, it just went away, but at the moment I cannot add any content.
would be grateful for any advice, tried the usual, data base rebuild etc...............

It probably means you have two copies open. Check that first. Otherwise open Content Manager and manually commit the route and session. If there is a more serious problem then trying to commit from Content Manager will provide more detail.
