Midwest Grain Missing Dependencies

Hi all, I downloaded the Midwest Grain Route for Trainz 12 and I have all the dependencies for the route except for 5 of them:
Unknown Location: <kuid:175455:100866>
Unknown Location: <kuid:429786:1118>
Unknown Location: <kuid:429786:1119>
Unknown Location: <kuid:429786:1277>
Unknown Location: <kuid2:30671:9220710:2>
I downloaded all the Midwest Grain dependency packs and these are still missing. If anyone could help it would be appreciated, thanks!

Thanks, but I only got 3 of them downloaded (The pofig assets), now I have <kuid:175455:100866> and <kuid2:30671:9220710:2>, I tried searching for <kuid2:30671:9220710:2> on TPR, but it said no results, and I'm not sure where on Jointed Rail I could find that kuid, I looked it up but couldn't find it anywhere on the website. Any suggestions?

Alright, I got all but one of the dependencies downloaded. The dependency I'm missing is <Kuid2:30671:9220710:2>. I tried searching for that and ethanol in TPR but nothing came up, I'm not sure where I could find it.

Try downloading 'Products Pack 5' from TPR, it is in there.
Also Trainz Index is well worth the cost to save these hassles.
