How to enable fog, weather effects, shadows in Trainz Android ?

I read a description in Playstore. They say a features that can setting a fog weather, but how ? Sett a weater effects, beautiful water ? It's possible ?When will Trainz Android going an update ?Sorry for my bad english

Yes - you can set very realistic weather effects using the Environmental Settings menu in Trainz: A New Era.
Earlier versions of Trainz had similar, but not so effective tools - for creating atmospheric effects.
Not sure about the Android update for Trainz - that upgrade is very, very overdue.
