Can't download paid content after new site upgrade

Hello, I'm having a slight problem with all the payware I brought before the upgrade.
I Just recently got Trainz 12 on this computer and have to download everything all over again.
I need assistance badly, if anyone can help me please do so in this thread.

You may find it easier to create a support ticket on their site.

It is probably best you put in a ticket with us at the new site and we can look into it since I don't really have much information here on things for either of you.

We'll need your name, email and any other info. if its a matter of you don't know where to download your items they should all be available when logged in by going to Home, then My Account, then Downloads. We brought all the information over from the old site so all should be there.
