oh yeah! Sonic Heros...

The rail system in the Rail Canyon area looks more like a roller coaster system with all them inversions (I wonder what the passengers feel like plus them goods must be smashed to bits :p )

MechCommander 1 had a mission where you had to stop a train from getting to the opposite side of a map by shooting it and its escorts up.

Halo 2, Gta3, The Outfit, Just Cause, Midtown Madness 1 and 2, Hard Truck 18 wheels of steel, Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, Lego Island and so many more!

Surprised no one mentioned the Sim City series ( or they did and I missed it). Also, there was a few missions on The Great Escape which revolved around the trains and stations. Oh, and also C&C Generals had some with trains in! :p

Wii = stupid you gotta stand in place for playing not sit and use the controler?

It's stupid, but Nintendo wants you to buy it, so they won't make any more Gamecube titles. (the Gamecube kinda sucked anyway.) Think back to the Gamecube release. Did they make any new N64 titles? No. Same goes for the SuperNES, NES, and the old "Game & Watch" thingy.

Here are my contributions...

Well, StarFox 64, the best game ever, had a train level. You were in a tank, and you had to blow up all of the cars on it, then, you could throw a switch, and send it into a fuel bunker.

Another N64 favorite, Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire had a train level as well.

That new Wii Rampage game has two:

In Chicago, there's a typical L train, and in New York City, there's a CSX train, complete with Rail Box TTX cars, although instead of CSX, the little AC44W reads "OIX". Otherwise, the paint schemes are the same as their real-life counterparts.

The older Rampage games had them as well, but they never resembled an actual railroad.

I used to have some sort of fighter jet game for Gamcube (I forget the name), and I remember at one point in a training level, there was a short freight, but I don't remember anything else.

Rogue Squadron for N64 had a few trains as well.

Railroad Tycoon series
Hornby Virtual Railway
Lego Loco
Soldier of Fortune
Star Wars Rogue Squadron (Hover train)
No one lives forever (Has a few scenes with trains in it actually)

And an old favorite of mine:
Arctic Baron

I might make an attempt at that train one day...
Zec

Midtown Madness 1-Had an elavated line.:)
Midtown Madness 2-A whole subway.:D
NFS U-RR crossing,trains would pass.
Chris Sawyer's Locomotion-Transport game.
Robot Wars-Had a NY train arena.

Some one said 007 GoldenEye. Well 007 Everything or Nothing (the one where you are always in 3rd preson shooter mode) has a level where you chase a train, then inside the train and finally escaping the rain on a helicopter!

Transport Tycoon and Railroad Tycoon 2 are a couple of my favs. Anyone feel they'd like an internet game on any of those?

Matt
