Trainz Simulator 2 DLC - Settle & Carlisle - Available for purchace, but not listed?

I recently noticed the Settle and Carlisle route available for purchase on Trainz 2 Mac, and when I went to purchase it (Image 1), it wasn't listed on the purchase page (image 2)
Where is it able to be bought from and downloaded into the game?

The Potteries Loop Line is rather similar to S&C but I'm not sure if it will work on a Mac. There is a thread here where you can ask.
