Hi,
Being mostly dead in content creation, I did make some stuff back in April 2014 that I've uploaded as is to the DLS thanks to the closing of the older build 2.9 and onward to TS12 level.
I had a special need for a test map, and tried some ideas, then lost interest in Trainz again.
I've got the email stating the following list has been approved and will be available within the next 24 hours:
These are simple models, to be used in situation like this image:
This view is from a town so far called Flatdal... It's a Norwegian word...
Anyway, the models are the ones making up this rock cut along the road, small pieces of vertical models, 5m wide and 10 meter high, and will rotate along the width of the model, and of course, can be adjusted in the height.
They are set up to snap to the grid also if I am not mistaken.
Below is the same scene, some time later, with the ground hidden so the grid is visible:
The text is just to try describe that for every 10 meter square grid up along this road there is a Dig Hole asset used, not just on the square grid the text is written...
I've posted this on the forum as I have not tried using the Wiki for ages describing the use of a model, but these are so special that I felt I at least should say something.
In case some one actually takes them down and wonders, how in earth can I use these..
I wish I had to Christmas sharing more 2.9 models with you, but I don't so I presume this are the last from me.
Maybe I get back at it with the New Generation...
