Well, I decided to take the long way back home to West Front and stop by Vaughn, NM to spend some time on the BNSF Transcon... Should've known it was going to yield high in two things... Containers and GE's....

I like 1970's consists. Well this would look even better if you also used 1970's era rolling stock from the dls. I hate how there are good 1970s consist pictures and videos and there are not enough good shots of the potentially colorful freight cars in the consist.
Cough Cough.
I am being more subtle than you.
Cough Cough.
While a lot of freight cars were colorful, a lot of people forget that railroads didn't have the cash to keep equipment pristine, and because of this, a lot of the bright colors became weathered and dull. Besides, TOFC really picked up in the 70's, especially for the pictured railroad, the Reading. Most of the head end of the consist is TOFC and autos, which leaves little leeway in terms of colorful stock. In a few of the shots, you can see more colorful boxcars and hoppers farther back in the consist though.
anyone know when clovis 3 will be done?
A load of coal out of Bailey Mine waits for a trio of light SD40s at the north end of West Brownsville at dusk on the Mon Line:

Not even close to dreaming about a release date! Not least because it's not quite as lo-poly as previous versions, which looks better but leaves just on 175 miles of trackside grass to retro-fit......
:(
You could try the replace tool. You might have centering issues though, if the splines are different widths.
Here is CP 5865 leading L91 (A local) Into Wood. When they get into wood yard, they will essemble their manifest to head back North.
