"Your MyTrainz account lacks authorisation for this product"

Hello, so I've recently updated TRS19 to SP5, but when I put in my login into my Trainz account, it says "Your MyTrainz account lacks authorisation for this product", and when I try to start up Trainz, it says "MyTrainz login failed. Please check your MyTrainz account details (previously Planet Auran) in Launcher > Settings > MyTrainz". Some please tell me how to fix this please!!.
 
If this was purchased from N3V, then it should already show up on your timeline. Did you just purchase it?

It may also just be a case of closing the Settings Window and reopening it to see the correct status.
 
You cannot manually register TRS19. Authorisation is through your MyTrainz account.

greennumber23 does not show as having TRS19 registered.

You most likely have it registered to a different account.
