Wrong Language.

Hello all,
I seem to be having a slight problem the the forums.

Some parts of the forum are showing as Chinese. This is only happening to this forum, and only happening in chrome. Internet Explorer works fine. This just started today.

Does anybody else have this problem?

Bottom left of the forum change the forum Language back to English.
