Continuing on the discussion from another thread, (see trainz-2022-needs-to-move-forward not-backward), where is the pixellation you mentioned? The textures look like PBR and, if they are, they are supposed to look like that - made of individual pebbles, small rocks, plant debris, etc (is that the pixellation??)
Okay I see what the issue is now. If you use the scrapbook feature, then extra care must be exercised. For example, you have a 100m carve out of texture and items in the scrapbook but want to apply it for the entire 720x720 baseboard. It'll look like this instead of keeping everything proportionate.

This is why I prefer the classic version of surveyor when copying and pasting. It's a lot less work because not everything has to be perfect. You can do the textures and items separately without having everything blown out of proportion. I prefer using the classic version to put the textures on first then scenery after. Hopefully that clarifies my point @pware.

In that situation I would paint the scrapbook as a Clone Brush rather than paste it.

There are many options when it comes to painting with the Scrapbook. There is a large section of the Trainz Wiki on Scrapbook Brushes covering it.
