Will TS2009 Run In Windows Mode

Just starting after a 2 year layoff. Figured I'd jump right in, start with TS2009 and retire my old TS2006. I cant figure out if TS2009 will run in Windows mode.

Does it? How do I do it?

Hi Tom,

I presume you mean in its own "Window"....

From the first (launch) screen select "Options", then "Display Options" then uncheck the "Full Screen" box. You must also set the Trainz screen size to be smaller than your normal MS Windows Screen Resolution or Trainz will still run full screen.

You will get a performance hit running Trainz in a Window though.

Edit the Trainzoptions.txt file to add the line
-windowed
