Will Someone post the html code for posting a pic?

I've tried the tutotial sticky that explains how to post a pic on the forum. No luck.

Could someone please provide the actual coding needed to post a pic on the page? Not the link to the pic, but the actual pic.

I want to post a pic in the TS2009 thread - showing the pic is easier than trying to explain it.

Many thanks.

I upload my photo to photobucket.com - and once it is uploaded, they give you the code called IMG that you paste directly into the text that makes the actual pic show up. :D

Gus, I use ImageShack and have been for years and it, too will give you the code to copy and paste at the forums here.

Personally I hate imagecrap; its so riddled with ads that even ABP has troubles. I tend to use photobucket or my webserver; however. to answer your question there is a tutorial in the screenshots section that explains it as well as well as one in teh DLS/FCT FAQ (don't really know why its there). bassically you cannot use html; you MUST use BBcode. the image code is (minus the quotes):

[IMG"]http://subdomain.yourdomain.com/folder/image.jpg[/IMG"]

What does Associated Baptist Press have to do with it?

 Or is it American Board of Pediatrics?

Imageshack, has no popups.

Imageshack has popups on my computer. I use photobucket. Use the direct link and the image poster in the post window to post an image. Ask Applegathc about it. He's the one that told me.

Perrock is right, it's imagecrap, and it DOES have pop ups and that even when the pop ups are blocked.

Fotopic is better than imagesak (although not that great) or some others photobucket (but can be slow at times)

not sure how flickr is though.
