Hi Community,

Ray is one of my best net friends in this community, and I have not heard from him in a long time. Last time we spoke (many months ago), he had told me that he had some serious health issues!!

Has anyone met him face to face, etc or heard from him?
If so, please PM about it!

would appreciated it!
Let's just say, I'm worry about my old friend!!

Hi Ish, I have tried by email to contact him but I got no answer. When he said he had heath issues his Site was still available for some time. Now it is gone.

Have been thinking of Wiley4, always wondered if he is still involved in TRS in any way. Always enjoyed the many reskins and soundfiles that Wiley4 contributed. He was pretty good with all those billboards.

Hi Guys & community

It's been awhile since I've been around, health issues have been the reason, mainly eyesight, which I am slowly getting sorted. I've had two operations thus far, and more to come.

I gave up Trainz for the above reason, it was too fustrating to continue with my eyes as they were, hopefully after a few more ops they should be good.

So what's been happening, everything has changed, I still have 04 installed, not that I've used it of late.

I let my website lapse as well as my forum, I was quite upset about that, but things might improve, I keep my fingers crossed.

I'll happy that things are going well with your eye sight ... having a retinal operation and cataracts when I was a child I know how frighten it could be when one can slowly loose their eye sight -- but it seems that things are going on the right track for you, so I'm very happy with that!

Great to hear from you Ray,

What a surprise when I saw some one had replied to this thread and it was you, this is very good news. I knew you had health problems but did not know exactly what. I hope they are able to help you with your eyes, the thought of loosing your/our eyesight must be one of the hardest experiences to go through. Your not the first one on this forum, a couple of other people have had to "move" on due to eye problems.

Drop in as often as you can and let us know how you are going.

Sorry to hear about the problems you have had with your eyesight, it's something which would scare me the most is the loss of my eyesight... It's great to know that your in good hands and there fixing your eyesight.

Great to know your still with us, to me, each and everyone on here is part of a massive family, the trainz family, and we miss those who we don't hear from for a while...

Although you don't know me, I feel in a way we have met. Due to your industrious efforts with previous works. Especially in the sounds department.
Several of your sounds can be utilised in various situations, & a fair smattering of Australian content which gladdens my heart no end!.

It's really good to hear your experiencing a road-to-recovery with your eyesight, which I pray is painless & swift.

Maybe do a search for him and see if he has an email contact in his list.
