Why does TS12 Content manager 3.6 not update the DLS assets?

G'day All, Why does TS12 Content manager 3.6 not update the DLS assets, my last entry's are:-

is there a way to fix this?

I would suggest that you run a database repair to sort that one out.

I thought that might be the answer I would get but I find that a database repair messes up more than it fixes, I guess I hoped it was only a case of deleting some file and restarting trainz but I guess that would be too easy.
I guess I will kick it off when I go to bed then spend the rest of the day tomorrow fixing what it stuffs.

It's the usual solution to that issue, but you may find that you only need a quick database repair/revalidation.

as the latest route/session on the DLS?????
My TS10 CM3.3 works great.

I had a problem with the tool not downloading a few updates... did them in game and it worked. Your mileage will vary.

G'day, the problem is not downloading but CM not updating the DLS assets. I am using TS12 49922 therefore CM 3.6

Have you tried deleting the contents of the <trainz install folder>/UserData/Cache/internet folder?

Having the same issue as you, with same build, and just did an extended database repair, after which i had the DLS update with assets added today.

Give that a try, hopefully it should help.

It's worth noting too, that prior to the extended repair, i tried a quick repair and deleting the files in the cache/internet folder, as per Shane's suggestion above, with negative results.

G'day, well the Extended Database Repair (EDR) did the trick and CM3.3 DLS listings are up to date. Thanks for the help with this, seems CM needed a bit of a kick in the butt to get it going again'
