Content not appearing on DLS in Content Manager, but appears on DLS in White Pages

I'm trying to download NorfolkSouthern1647's Chevy Tahoe models, but the problem is that they do not appear when I look at the DLS in my Content Manager in TRS19, yet they appear when I look at the DLS White Pages. Why is this? They were uploaded in two batches on two dates: the 3rd of February 2022 and 27th January 2022, for TS2010. I'll give you the names and KUIDs for them:
NTTW Cars: 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe RST T1UC White (Static), <KUID:643759:100103>
NTTW Cars: 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe RST T1UC Cobalt Blue (Static), <KUID:643759:100104>
NTTW Cars: 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe RST T1UC Caribbean Blue (Static), <KUID:643759:100105>
NTTW Cars: 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe RST T1UC Black (Static), <KUID:643759:100106>
NTTW Cars: 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe RST T1UC (Static), <KUID:643759:100096>
Can someone explain why these assets would appear on the DLS White Pages but not appear on the DLS when I use the Content Manager of TRS19?

They say they are TS2010 assets, new uploads lower than TS12 build 3.5 will not show in CM

You could get them from the DLS, they should probably work fine

Unsupported build below 3.7 so shoved on the repair list as faulty, people should not be creating additional work for the CRG by uploading obsolete builds, won't be looked at anytime soon though as there are 6000 or so assets ahead of them in the list.
They don't appear in Manage Content as they are unsupported and may or may not work and get put on the white pages as that is primarily for old versions where they are probably fine. Note: We are supposed to use Manage Content now which avoids anything that's on the repair list and avoids the problems they may cause if installed in supported versions.

Looked at one, looks nice, however, 10 TGA files, 27059 polys with no lod, Trainz build 3.4, way to many polys without lod and too many tga files, each one adds to the overhead so I wouldn't use too many of them.

As FTP is being killed off as insecure by Microsoft and all browsers, you probably won't be able to download from the white pages without messing with an FTP client.

Easier is to copy the kuid when known into Trainz, Search > Custom > kuid and you can download anything that's hiding in the repair list, at your own risk.

To save time, just copy the line below into the kuid search and you can then download them in one go.

<KUID:643759:100103>,<KUID:643759:100104>,<KUID:643759:100105>,<KUID:643759:100106>,<KUID:643759:100096>

So since these are below Build 3.5 they're on the repair list, and that's why they're not appearing in the CM? That makes sense. I forgot to mention that I'll be unavailable for several days starting tomorrow so I needed an answer today.
