Why are my post being locked?

Along with the bad service here it seems my thread are getting locked for no reason. I'm considering this a personal attack on me. N3V provides a service for a fee, I paid that fee and more. I have every right to complain here if the service is bad. Zec is a part of that service, He is one of the many things I dislike here. Again I have every right to complain about it openly. I don't care what the rule state here this is all a part of being a business. If one can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.

I still have not received a PM from a N3V official but I will wait a few days before I start posting again.

Ok... the usual forum members, go ahead and spit your venom now. You know who you are, you're the ones that just love to put your noises into other peoples business they know nothing about.

Note to mods- don't lock my thread because of everybody else. Do the right thing for once and punish the people that deserve it. Give them the points, ban them, delete their post but leave mine alone because I'm doing nothing wrong.

You will find that it's probably due to breaking the Code of Conduct - I would suggest you check that before you make any further threads, as it's N3V's forum and they make the rules.

Threads usually get locked because of breaking the CoC, or if the original poster asks. Not exactly sure what you mean by "bad service", but if you are unhappy I am sure your free leave on your own accord.

Again, I have the right to complain. And I plan on leaving just as soon as my content is removed from the DLStation.

You may have the right to complain, but the way you are doing it is wrong. Also, N3V will only remove content from the Download Station if it's infringing someone else's copyright.

Maybe you need someone that will listen to you, that you can blow off steam to ... instead of venting your frustrations in public here on the forum ... which I feel is a dead end road, jumping off a cliff for you, if you get banned.

You aren't offering any explanation as to what exactly "ticked" you off, and are not being constructive ... and instead seem to be bent on self destructiion.

You may want to check that (the first part). Don't forget this is N3V's own forums, and saying certain things may cause you other problems (including a possible libel case).

While I can see you are unhappy, there are better ways of dealing with it that don't land you in more problems.

If you don't talk to someone ... I feel it comming ... sooner or later the "real issue" will "get solved", permanently ... And you probably won't like it !

And all your assets will still be on the DLS, forever ... They stated that they have no plans to remove your assets, and they have stated so, that they "Will Not" remove them.

Your barking up the wrong tree and I suggest you stop. Your making threatening statement for N3V and I don't think they would appreciate that. Weather people like it of not, this forum and DLStation are part of the game that I purchased, there for I have the right to complain when normal channel of complaining have failed.

You should know better then to ask that first question. After all you were involved with that remember! There is no hassle on my part, in fact I want Tony to get involved...that is who I'm waiting on. As far a Zec...I don't hear him anymore. He's one of the problems, not the solutions.

I plan to leave the existing (Built-in 2012 content) on the DLStation since it is in the game. The rest will be move to another location. I've already been asked by several groups to join them so future hosting won't be a problem

So you bought 3 versions of the game (2006, 2009 and 12). Let's say $50 per game, so that is $150. Maybe you got some payware for lets say (for the sake of the argument) $100. So total you spend about $250.

So far you wasted at about two hours of N3V employee's time, probably a lot more.
At a commercial rate, you have cost them at least the same as you paid for the products. Congratulations.
Now you want to get the Managing Director (Tony) in to spend more time.

From a commercial point of view (granted; with the limited background information I have of the situation), I would say just give LWVRR what he seems to be going for, a ban, and let things return back to normal. No more time (and money) wasted on the matter.

While we wait for that to happen, let's ignore this post and see if we can help others on this forum or just go and play one of the games it is intended to support.

Fair enough, although I personally (from previous experience with other forum users) don't think that N3V will actually remove the content from the Download Station, as quite a few users have requested this in the past and have failed. Also, as you are probably already aware, it normally requires a Helpdesk request to remove content anyway, but I personally cannot see any being removed. I'm simply trying to help you here, as I've seen quite a few things in my time on these forums involving similar issues.
