Why are my post being locked?

So you bought 3 versions of the game (2006, 2009 and 12). Let's say $50 per game, so that is $150. Maybe you got some payware for lets say (for the sake of the argument) $100. So total you spend about $250.

So far you wasted at about two hours of N3V employee's time, probably a lot more.
At a commercial rate, you have cost them at least the same as you paid for the products. Congratulations.
Now you want to get the Managing Director (Tony) in to spend more time.

From a commercial point of view (granted; with the limited background information I have of the situation), I would say just give LWVRR what he seems to be going for, a ban, and let things return back to normal. No more time (and money) wasted on the matter.

While we wait for that to happen, let's ignore this post and see if we can help others on this forum or just go and play one of the games it is intended to support.

That's their job, this is a business. And you are way off on what I spent on this game. I have multiple accounts going back to the beginning of Trainz. I bought every version but 1. I've bought multiple first class ticket. And not to mention the large chuck of money I dropped for thier current project. You really need to get you facts in order before you start shooting off your mouth.

You may not like this but my right to complain is far powerful then the COC. As far as the mods, I hear that some are gone now...that's good. It's good time to move in better quality of people.

While it may be your right to complain, this is still a privately run forum; and you still have to abide by rules set down by N3V. If you don't like them, then don't come here. If you have an issue with a moderators decision the ONLY way to handle it is to contact the helpdesk.

Here's a novel idea if you don't want to have access to the forums any more, have someone else in your house change your password here, if you live alone ask a friend or a neighbor.

Don't expect that to happen. When one creator did that a long time ago lots of layouts etc ended up with missing content so they aren't going to remove it. Besides they make money out of it by including DLS content in the DLC payware packs.

Yes, this was done a long time ago and the helpdesk dropped the ball. That's what a lot of this is all about. This is my last recourse in bringing my issues up for discussion with the right people. For those who are tired of reading these post. I'm sorry, just don't read it...move along there is nothing to see here.

Honestly LWVRR, I have no idea what happened to you. You are a great creator and I personally enjoyed your route building thread. But you have turned into the same crybaby kid that others here have. And probably some who drove you to this point, (much like Bentrain and his stupid $20 comment). LWVRR, have a little dignity and just go on with your business. Thank you guys for posting and continuing to prove my point...these are the same people that are causing much the problems, these are the same people that just don’t know how to keep their mouths shut. These are the reasons why people leave this place. Good going guys! These are the people that need to go. And everybody wants to bark at me for standing up for what I believe is right? My methods might be a bit unorthodox but I’m a heck of a better the these people.
