o you know what the best thing to do it when a child throws a tantrum? Leave him alone, and all of his childish posts; if he gets NO attention then all of this little tantrums will be for nothing. As long as you keep posting, he will keep posting.

(blah blah blah and then you go on to address him directly)

Sooo... you give out advice on how to handle someone that's screaming and yelling over... whatever OP is hurt in the caboose side of the train about... and then... you don't.... follow... your own.... advice...

Anyway

LWVRR, I hate to break it to you, but you really don't have the right to complain in the way you think you do. You can go complain to whatever better business bureau you want, or start up a blog, or knit sweaters protesting your disgust, but when it comes to the forums, you really don't. They grant you the privilege to moose about on here with your crying, but really, since this is their forum, they have the right to silence you (on this forum) all day every day. I mean, if they wanted to, they could even say this... --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmcVODW1p0I

Not saying it'd be in their best interest, or make them look good, but still. They could.

You agreed to the terms and conditions of this forum when you signed up. You agreed to the terms and conditions when you uploaded content to their server. Because you paid for a service, it doesn't give you some magical rights over those terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions still apply, even if money is involved. They have not broken the contractual obligations that have been agreed upon.

If you feel they have broken those obligations though... then take to the courts my friend.

Or, you know... Instead of crying us a river, here you go buddy. You can build a bridge and get over it.

Now you too can be with the list of people I just posted about. Some one that sticks there noses into something they nothing about.

Don't worry buddy, you can come cry on my shoulder. I'll give you a good ol' pat on the back too, get those tears out.

My salty eyed friend, let me tell you a story. I wasn't entirely happy about everything this company did, or how they approached the product. Guess what my response was? I stopped taking an active part in the community and left for a long time. I can't say things changed for the better, but I did find some friends here and a group where I could help with content, as I got time, if I so felt inclined.

We use to make fun of guys that'd cry and scream and moan about wanting to take their toys and go home. I got in trouble once, a waffle card, for saying about about my power ranger figures and how I'm taking them with me.

You want out though, just, you know, walk away. It's that easy. I'll walk with you too, we can hold hands if it'll help you feel safer.

It doesn't matter if your content is on the DLS... It's there and it's not doing harm by being there. If anything, it's keeping your content available to the people that you put it there for in the first place... your fellow Trainz users.

I mean, if you only meant to create for yourself... you'd never have shared it?

And if you're so inclined as to take away what you've given to the community, to the other users, then that really makes you look like a right t..... ahem. Sorry. I can't use that word here.

Do you have some more list I can get on?
