Where is the Multiplayer surveyor ?

I remembered that two years ago, the main feature of Trainz Next was going to be the Multiplayer Surveyor, so I did some research and I found this :

The subscription model was already explained, but I don't see anything related to the Multiplayer surveyor in the current realease of TRS2019

From what I understood from Tony in another thread, it isn't ready yet (you may need to search for his posts to find it).
