Where is my CD Key

I purchased trains 2010 online and downloaded after 5 hours!

now its asking for a key, i typed in my serial number, still dont work, SAYING IM NOT ENTERING ENGLISH CHARACTHERS???

support not responding!!

Anyone know?

It's easiest to copy/paste it from the email you (hopefully) recieved. (I know that the system has trouble with - signs sometimes)

Try entering the key with and without the dashes - it sometimes is fussy on that. Also make sure you are entering it as given to you in the email/Auran Profile.

tried that, cant believe how hard this is to install, i dloaded from ftp and from browser, crashed on .ja files on install, its crazy, and support are useless

If Win7 or Vista needs to be installed and run as Administrator, that's right click, Run as Administrator.

Just to check, when you downloaded it, did you remember to download all the files (if it's a digital download version)?

If you did, the Auran team are due back on the 10th January (which is tommorrow in most time zones)

Thats not what I downloaded.

These are found in your Profile Area which is on top of forum. Then Order History then click on the Invoice number and the links for the files are found in the Invoice area.

By the way who did you purchase it from?

Probably got hide known file extensions enabled in Folder options. .bin being a known one.
