where did the surveyor "world" tab go in trs2012+?

I'm pretty much used to using trs2009, and looking at the newer versions, it seems that in surveyor, the "layers" tab on the right side of the screen has replaced the "world" tab of previous versions. So, stupid question - where are the surveyor controls to pick the sky and water for a route in the newer (current) versions? Or the time of day? (I've done in before in 09' and 06,' so if I can find the controls I would know how to use them; the problem is I can't find them.) I'm sure it's blindingly obvious, but I can't seem to figure it out. Help please?:o

Open Surveyor in Edit Session and click on the main menu, top left of screen (3 horizontal bars), and click on Edit Environment, and then click on each of the 3 tabs to find what you want.

Wait - checked out edit environment in TANE, and it seems there's no longer the option to choose a sky! Does that mean that custom skies no longer exist, and all you can do is edit the color?! My route's been using a custom sky for quite some time, (heavy) clouds included. (My other route I picked a hazy overcast sky for a "eastern still mill" route.) Some routes I've purchased (a loooong time ago, by this point) are somewhat notable (to me) for having a sky that gives exactly the right impression for it.
EDIT: Never mind, found where you select the sky Oops.
