I have another question. I'm currently using TRS22 build 123801. I've read on the forum that several different SPs have been released, but my version says there's no newer update. So, what's the reality? Are all these patches only for a select few—those who pay for subscriptions? And should regular users who purchased their versions in the store be left alone? I don't want any embellishments or additional options; I simply want the simulator to function properly!
When will there be any patches for ordinary mortals?

To check for available updates and have them offered each time you start Trainz, go to Trainz Settings > Check for Trainz Updates and select your version.
As you can see, I have SP5 129335 and it shows that one is available ... You have SP3 123801, the latest is SP6 132321.

You don't have 800K assets installed; the number of installed assets is the first one.
I've finished checking the resources, but there are a lot of supposedly incorrect add-ons. I say supposedly incorrect because when I check each one individually, it shows no errors :/ I ran the database check again and still a lot of errors, and almost every map shows missing items. These supposedly incorrect add-ons are invisible :/ It's getting frustrating 
Check your DLC packages. There were updates made to those to reflect changes in the program. Once you do that, right-click on the faulty assets. With any leftover faulty assets, right-click on those and choose View errors and warnings. That should clean those up.
When running an EDR, there will be faulty assets due to status flags being incorrectly set and fixing those is done by viewing errors and warnings. The additional issue is packaged assets, DLC and DLS content was updated and also caused the errors you are seeing.
