I could care less about speed lol, I want that green off the boiler, the 1st cab window back, and the marker lamps taken off, then she'd look more original lol.

Gotta love the camera the photographer used lol.

Rock On!

It seems that folks are giving me some very nice images. Is that loco running?

and to top that off, the instructions are in spanish:hehe:

What instructions?

IF 44 is ever reassembled, which is a stretch, all we have to do is park whats left next to 40, and go back and forth between the engines and figure out what goes where. "ok, this is here on 40....so that goes there....this piece goes there, Hey Al, where does this pipe go on 40?"

318 is another story.....we have a boiler on wheels on a frame. And a boxcar outside with the pieces. No instructions, the people that took it apart are either long gone from Colorado or dead, and the only locomotive that is similar is down in Silverton, although there is another in Nevada as well

The Pere Marquette is my favorite engine. I think it looks really good in shape and speed, but it's also the light on the front of the engine that gets me too. There was no other picture I could find that could work.
