What's going on over at VMD?

Stopped by Virtual-motive-divison.com today (because I'm a goon and didn't backup a locomotive I bought there) and the web site is quite different. Most alarming is that the SD-7 I had bought isn't even showing on the site under payware...

Anybody know what's up? Just a redesign or something more?

I just took a look and there appear to be problems with the site. Graphics aren't linked, are not displaying, and the online registration form is messed up, too, text fields cascading incorrectly, but still usable if you can figure out what goes where.

Rumor is a site rebuild is in progress..... things that were one lost have been found.......that sort of thing.... I guess we will have to sit back and wait.

Thank you for your questions.

Because technical problems we aren't responsible for time for our responses takes longer than usual.
please keep in mind, that Virtual Railroading is just a hobby next to our real lives.
Because of that we don’t check this site and your emails daily.
We try to respond at least once a month, most at the end of the month.

Btw. please check out our FAQ-site. Most asked questions are answered there.

I lost my files, can I get them back?
Per the TOS you must agree to on each purchase VMD will not resend files. You are required to make a backup copy of your purchase when you get it. VMD will reissue the files for a $5 fee as our site is not setup to handle redistribution. This fee is per order, not per locomotive.

Hmmm, well that sucks - K&L Trainz just linked me the file after I provided the PayPal reference number.

In any case, you neglect to direct the reader on HOW to make this $5 "re-send" purchase, and further - if the SD7 was ON the website, I might have just said "**** it" and re-bought it...

Don't worry, there's always a way to handle problems.
I'll see what I can do for you.
