What Is This Kuid?

Looking for one kuid that is missing for Darkdans Bwinter its Eric Zadro's 56199:39002 its a scenery item.... his website is under maintenance so I cannot find out what it is. I have 56199:39003 & 56199:39004 which are retaining walls, if 56199:39002 is also a retaining wall I can replace it with one of the ones I have
