writing in the loco list on ts2010?

I apologise if this question has been asked before.

I click on a loco and nothing shows.

I had downloaded many additional locos under ts09 and presumed they would be available in ts10 as I installed ts10 as an addition to ts09 not as a stand alone version. ts version 43434

I have tried to d/l them again and nothing happens.

I presume that I need some how to delete them from my pooter and d/l again as a new asset?

Another question: Browsing the d/l station, i came accross a new loco that I would have liked. I clicked add to d/l cart and found the content is invalid. Why is something showing as a d/l if it is not there?

Welcome, Ray! I've only had it for a month or so now, but have run into the same stuff. As Trainz has evolved, the file requirements for each item have changed as well. Things that were built for older versions of Trainz will need some "tweaking" to get them to work. But just about everything can be tweaked, and be usable.
Search this forum for "PEV tools", these will help you in the updating process. Corrections to these assets will sometimes require modification of the configuration text itself.
But don't worry, it's not as hard as it sounds.

And look in the TS2010 for a thread regarding 'Faulty Assets and How to Fix Them.' You'll find about 98% of errors are fixable without disabling asset functionality.
