No need to shout, we can read lowercase too.

First some details. What version are you using? What are Train Sim 2006 routes? Where do they come from? What exactly are you doing to provoke the error message? What else does the message say, surely more than just 1045?

If your trying to load it off the disk, go to "My Computer" and right-click on the "disk" and click "Open file location" or "open". You can install it this way. I had the same problem with TRS2004.

If this doesn't work, tell me. I'm writing this from memory.
