hi all, decided I would have a go at surveyor in tane. i want to add water, found the button no problem but I cant find where to apply the water texture or "paint" all my water is white which makes me think something is missing or tane does not kno where to find it ps the route is 2012 help, im still wet behind the ears cheers Pete

Pete,

Check the environment settings under the Main menu. You can change the water color so it doesn't have that bright, super blue color of the Caribbean islands. Once you get to the water, click on it and then add a dot on the clock so you can adjust the color to a more water-like hue.

I did that and managed to get ripples and shadows However, the water is still solid white as if it is missing a texture, there is a water kuid in the config and it is base so I assume it is built in

I'm as thick as two short planks glued together, I found it, it was staring me in the face all the time

Set the water color to black. All 3 circles as far as possible to the left.

Then you can paint the bottom to do the rest.
