It may still be worth trying to contact the user as N3V cannot act on things like this unless it's from the original creator or someone authorised to handle their affairs.

you know how in the video the person posted the link to the MARC coach's ETC well would it be illegal to download those I don't want to get into any trouble just wondering if I should not download the MARC coach's

I agree I would love to have someone get into contact with her as people have been saying I wish that she had never quit and I wish no one ever did this to her because if she had left in 2009 than that was a year after I joined the threads and I never got them :'( I wish she could have a website that had an auto set thing where if people start sending copy's of her content then she could just ban them

I don't personally, but I could have a look for you. Just out of interest, have you checked the config.txt files of any of her assets?

Ich verstehe deinen "Ärger". Jedoch bist du gerade kein Stück besser. Du trittst hier einen sog. "****storm" los ohne auch nur einen kurzen Augenblick zu reflektieren wohin das ganze führen kann. Letzlich benutzt du das Wort illegal welches eine rechtliche Wertung zur Folge hat. Ich kenne jetzt die Lizenz von Conny bei diesem Asset nicht - glaube dir jedoch naiv mal das du Recht hast & es wird gegen ein in Deutschland geltends Recht verstoßen. Was würde am Ende also passieren? Genau, nix! Da der Streitwert, bzw. der wirtschaftliche Schaden nicht gegeben ist.
Also bitte verwende in Zukunft nur Wörter deren Bedeutung du auch kennst. Das Wort illegal ist eindeutig falsch. Es wir hier ggf. (das ist nicht geklärt) gegen ein Verteilungsrecht im Sinne der geistigen Schöpfung verstoßen.

Ja ich weis das es folgen haben kann, und ich poste hier normalerweise auch keine Links zu solchem Content, allerdings hat es mir gereicht als der typ anfing mich zu beleidigen...lol ich meine der hat doch den fehler begangen! Daraufhin hab ich die PM's sein lassen und direkt unter sein Video gepostet...
Die bezeichnung illegal meint ja das etwas rechtlich nicht in ordnung

Of course she didn't like that content-sharing, but it happened all that time and she stopped releasing freeware content because of that (afaik).
But i don't think thats the reason she left Trainz.
What I ask myself:
Whats the reason for you to start this post here and blame other people?
You told me you left Trainz? Do you need to feel important? Why don't you just try to reach conny in the background?
If someone could be angry about something like this, then the author i guess.

It's correct that this is not okay and there should be taken actions against this.
But what do you expect here from the community? Putting people in the pillory is just childish.
The right way would be contacting the poster (i guess he didn't knew that this is not allowed and just wanted to help[!!]), if this does not help, contacting youtube to delete this. Situation cleared.

Hierzu hast du meineste vollste Unterstüzung. Leider scheitert es ja schon an Wörtern deren Bedeutung schlichtweg falsch sind. Wäre ich der YT Channel Inhaber würde ich gegen dich z.b. rechtlich vorgehen. Dies hätte aktuell (bei deinem Verhalten) mehr Erfolg als die Folgen das ein Link inkl. Freeware verteilt wird
Aber unter uns... Ich denke du bist nur ein Troll der gerade etwas Spass haben möchte
