Ding ding ding ding. Yeah, it is that layout, with an extension placed at the bottom of the yard to have it head to a harbor.

I have to say that it was a fun competition, and it looks like everyone who finished has made a very cool looking route. It will be interesting to see who the judges choose to be the winner.

Any chance of, perhaps backdating that units a few years into some D&RGW paint?

Heres a pair of large scale models, these are both in accurate paint schemes, obviously the black and yellow scheme is an earlier schem than the gold and silver.

Last night I downloaded a new route for TRS 2009 off the DLS by Neilsmith749. It is called Desert, Mountains, Plains. I think he did a real good job. Here are a few screens.

I agree, this is a stunning route, downloaded it today and am playing it now. Good work to the creator if he is here and I look forward to any future projects Might post some pics later.
