USA Pics (electric)

How the hell did you get it that good????????

Replace some of the content and textures, then change some of the environment settings and at the end make a couple changes to the postprocessing settings. Just try it out, JR Scratchy had recently posted very great postpro.-settings. But I do not remember in which thread. That was it, half an hour work.

Wow – normhart – you are still playing with my “old” Municipal Transit Route quite a lot as I can see. Unfortunately the main Railroad line does not connect to another place far away yet as the route contains more - less the City itself.
Anyway, in between I replaced more than 50% of the buildings – indicated in your screens – by using my new seasonal LOD assets. One day the whole refurbishment will be finished and released together with more PCCs.
I guess you will like it most J

Here my latest screens from the new buildings:

PS: DmDrake gave me permission to update hit assets. Mostly I used the textures but created a new mesh by keeping the original dimensions. Therefore the reworked route also will contain some familiar looking buildings, but updated including season change. The bad thing is, that a lot of his assets cannot be updated – but I will do my best :-)

Oh yes, TUME, it makes a very good backdrop for showing off PWeiser's new electric units.

And I must say that the old PCCs still look quite good IMO. Interior lighting is very nice.

I am always finding new things to surprise me.

I'm glad to see you still plugging away at updating the route. I was looking for a balcony or fire escape to take some pictures from and I see in the new route I'll have many choices. I'm very glad to see you are using your seasonal cars parked on the street sides.

Thanks so much, always a pleasure when I have an excuse to putt around here.

And speaking of EF-1s

WhitePass' EF-1's look pretty darned good for their age. The numbers are a bit wacked but still... ;)

Hello dmdrake,
thank you for your compliment! I guess you saw my latest screens in the screenshot-thread "Subways, Underground, Tram or anything else Urban shots!" including the new, seasonal version of your Art-Deco-Building - didn't you?

Looks good, Flusi, nice that you work again on an NEC route! The images from your first NEC-version are still great inspirations for me. May I ask what catenary you use here?

Keep it up, I'm looking forward to seeing more. :)

@escd84

Hey, thank you :) But the first Version is too old and it does not fit todays quality Standards, so i am planning to do a completely new NEC now, really prototypical - DEM based and the final version will be in Tane, including superelevated curves. Also the scenery will be fully correct this time, not just some Copy+Paste Trees.
I think it will may take some years, i am working as a train engineer in real life and dont have that much time anymore, but i've been always interested in the NEC and it was the only large Project i ever finished, so why not doing that again :D It will hopefully be finished and if so, it will be released to everyone in different Stages :D:wave:

Well, enough cr@p written ^^

The catenery was made by gfisher, downloadable HERE: http://uslw.net/downloads.php?action=cat&cat_id=4&page=9
They are all named "PRR Cat 4t ......" - In this case "PRR Cat 4t K Type High (rusty)",<kuid:106916:10407>

Thanks for the reply Felix. I had it already, sometimes you have too much stuff and no longer knows what all. :hehe: I will try them when I find time.
