I would say yes, but there are issues to be sure. That would be with old content that other in many other threads have razed. My benefits have outweighed the deficits, so I say yes

It's something you will have to decide for yourself, The patching process is tedious and can be a bit frustrating and some people say it made the game worse for them while others are happy with it. It will depend on your hardware to a degree, and the content you have installed, whether it will need error correcting and tweaking.

I am happy with 61388 personally. I would suggest making a back up copy of your current build if you are going to try patching just in case it gives you problems.

You can just copy the entire thing to another drive, if you have one, or at the very least to another location on your existing drive.
