Unknown Content Error

Greetings all. I recently purchased Trainz 12 and a FCT. This is my first purchase of any Auran/N3V Games game and I'm having some major problems. Running Windows 7 (could be part of the problem), I've run into the main problem of Unknown Content Error. Everything I try to download either from the CMP or the website itself (using the helper or adding to the DL cart) comes up with the error. I've done every single thing forums said to fix the problem with no avail. That includes cycling the username/password in the CMP along with the websites, quick repairs, and extended repairs. I'm at a lost and have no idea what to do next. This is my first version of Trainz so I'm stuck with very little routes/sessions to complete especially since I'm an Amtrak Fan (electric) and I like freight trains (diesel only). If someone would be willing to give me some advice on what to do or any of the sort, it would be greatly appreciated. I also have a ticket at the helpdesk with 4 days left before a response. Thanks

Just in case you missed this one....
Need to run Trainz as Administrator in Win7 especially if you used the default install location. Right Click properties compatibility, tick run this program as administrator. This applies even if using an Admin account.

I saw that one and did that to no avail. I also ran a Network Diagnostic and found that I had these test results...

I'm assuming that that had something to do with why I cant download anything. Any more suggestions would be appreciated.

I think it means your browser doesn't know how to deal with the trainz:// protocol handler. Which browser are you using?

It doesn't help, however, that the DLS was out for a little while earlier tonight. You might want to try Malc's advice again just to see what happens.

Currently using Internet Explorer Ver. 8. I've tried restarting, username/password cycling (including CMP and DLS website), among other things to no avail. I also did that test you saw on my last post right when I posted it. I'm at a lost as to what is the problem.

I also tried it with my goggle chrome and that still didn't work. I'm sure its a simple fix but I'm completely out of ideas.

UPDATE: I dont know what I did but the FTP DLS passed finally however all downloads give me the same Unknown Content Error. I noticed at the bottom it said "Unable to download '<kuid:9:23003>'. Couldn't obtain a download URL. Item cannot be found on the Download Station." This was for session "City and Country USA 2 Multiplayer Session. I tried to add it to my download cart and it said content was invalid, however it said that for everything I added. I then went to the download page (on goggle chrome because it kept timing out on IE) and then I got this message:
[FONT=verdana, sans-serif, arial]Contacting download site...please wait.

After that I went to the download tickets section of the Auran website and it that message was this:

No Access
You do not have access to any content on the Download Station.
Please register your Trainz Serial to gain access.

If you do not have a serial number, you can order Trainz Simulator 2009: World Builder Edition via the Auran Shop.

Now I have a valid SN registered and I cannot seem to figure out why all these problems are happening.

Did you remember to activate your First class ticket? Are there any account activation Emails awaiting response?
Plus as mentioned above there has been a bit of server work/down time recently, so that won't help you much either.

I have a first class ticket that was for 7 days (Expires on the 23 of April, think this one came with the purchase of Trainz 12), a 90 day one pending activation (wasn't going to activate till the 7 day one expired), and I figured there might be problems with the DLS but I haven't seen anyone posting on this problem so I wasn't sure.
