I'm going to assume you are talking about Trainz Plus instead of TRS22 since those build numbers are for Trainz Plus. The local data folders names are randomly generated during the install so there is no way to tell which goes which program by looking at the name. Open the launcher for Trainz Plus beta build 123059 and click on the Trainz Settings button. Then click on the Install tab. The local data folder is listed in the box at the top of the screen.
It should look something like this: D:\Tane_Content\Train Plus Beta\build eag24m6j1 <-- that will show the correct folder to delete after the uninstall.
