Uneeded Downloads?

I downloaded a large route with the usual array of missing items. Among them were over 1900 labeled as available for download. So I selected them, and began a download.I opened the Downloading window and saw the depiction of the process. However, there were several items marked as already available. This is contrary to the fact that I selected only items Available For Download???

Content Manager will scan the installed assets before downloading and installing, or not finding assets at all. As you saw when expanding the downloading progress bar, the notifications saying skipping installed asset <some kuid> some asset, (It's stacked on top of another, followed by the next one., until the process is completed.

My point is, the entire selection was of assets to be available for download.. I selected all of the assets marked as available for download. Therefore, I assumed all of the selected items would be downloaded. Some were allegedly skipped. It is a no-harm-no-foul thing since the route looked bad anyhow.

Probably referring to dependencies of the 1900 items (which are added to the list as required).

Good point on dependencies. Makes sense...
It was mostly a curiosity item with no real consequence. THANKS!
