Hello, it's my first time using the forum but i need a bit of help on something if someone could explain to me i would be very thankful. So recently i just bought a C44-9W DLC from BNSF via Steam, Specifically the pack BNSF C44-9W 4772-4877 but i'm unable to download the content on my game, i got in touch with the support and they said that would take a little time for issue to be looked into, but 10 days had passed since i bought it and nothing seems to change, everytime i open the content store on the game and the DLC says "not available" it says its purchased but i can't install it, does anyone had gone trough a similar issue?

Welcome to the forums.

I don't know the answers to your questions but has N3V support got back to you yet? If not then perhaps give them a reminder (politely).

A few things to note for future reference:
  1. You did not state which version of Trainz you are using but the BNSF C44-9W 4772-4877 DLC pack is for Trainz TRS19 and above so I am assuming that you have TRS19, TRS22 or Trainz Plus installed.
  2. They (Steam) do not tell N3V who has purchased a DLC pack through them so after making a Steam purchase you always have to message N3V giving the details of your purchase so that N3V can manually confirm with Steam. This you have already done but it is worth remembering for future Steam purchases. You can also purchase the same DLC packs directly from the Trainz Store without the extra message step.

Oh and by the way, about the Trainz store method, unfortnatly i can't buy from there my only method is steam, i live in Brazil and the Trainz store doesn't have the currency of my country avaliable, so the only way i can get these DLCs is by Steam, even the mods from creators, like RR mods and JR i cant because of the currency.

Many people buy Trainz products on the gaming company Steam for two reasons:
1. They're usually cheaper than N3V.
2. They accept many different payment methods, which are easier to obtain and manage for countries in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, since N3V requires an associated bank account with PayPal, and many people in those countries don't have bank accounts.

Yes exactly, i've sent my third email to them today and no responses ultin now, does anyone know how to solve this problem aside from contacting the support?

Time zones play a part here.

Time in Brisbane Australia (where N3V is based) is currently 8:21pm Thursday
Time in Brazil (Rio) where you are is currently 7:21am Thursday

N3V do not operate 24 hours/ 7 days.

If the DLC is listed in Steam as purchased, then look in the browser's address bar for the DLC ID.

Then find same Steam ID in the "Purchased" Trainz store tab and install it.

N3V is located in Brisbane Australia and they are about 13 to 14 hours ahead of Rio de Janiero

I mean that they do not have a 24hr a day, 7 days a week around the clock customer service operation. They are a small (very small) organisation and their responses to questions, depending on the complexity of the questions, can take several days. In your case, the response will also depend on information from Steam, a separate organisation.

Ah i see, by the way doing some research i saw some stuff about the BNSF content from all train simulator games work only on US or Canada, is it true?, if it is, it might explain my problem, but there is category for this? like these blockaid only includes the locomotives with the Original BNSF livery, or includes others like the Dash 9 BNS warbonnet because i wanted to get her next in the near future

I do not see how that could be possible. There is no "geoblocking" of content from the DLS that would prevent it from working in places outside Canada and the USA.

I am in Australia and have 16 BNSF Train items installed - and all of them work.

As a test I just downloaded and installed <kuid:95230:118635> DES ES44AC Tier 4 Locomotive BNSF Warbonnet from the DLS without any problems or errors.

Really?, so did you think my case is some sort of bug? because one thing that i noticed is that, the DLC i bought doesnt show up on the Premium content downloads

Is Premium content download a Steam feature? I do not have Steam and nothing like that shows in my Trainz Store Content (DLC) items.

Your problem seems to be Steam related so I would be contacting them for a solution.

Ok theres something very odd in this, because before i bought this BNSF DLC, i bouth three more dash 9s and they worked and working perfectly, also on Steam, wich are a UP Dash 9, SP Dash 9 and Canadian Pacific Dash 9, they all work fine, as soon as i purchased they appeared for me download normally, so there's no such thing about BNSF related DLCs being blocked outside the US right?

There are a stack of BNSF loco packs available to me on the Trainz Content Store (DLC) - all of them have the Install button showing, none of them are blocked.

As I said in my earlier post, there is no way that I know of (or have ever heard of) that DLC or DLS downloads are being "geoblocked".
