Unable to Start Trainz

I am having trouble getting TRS19 to Start from the Launch Window. I get an error message which is included here. I have a Gold Class Membership. When I go to the Trainz Settings>Internet it tells me my username and password are correct. It has been working great since I have purchased the Gold Class Membership until yesterday. I Tried to attach a photo of the Error message but can not find the URL. So this is what the Error Message states: "Unable to Authorise this product. Please check your MyTrainz account details (previously Planet Auran) in Launcher > Settings > Internet."
Help please !!!
 
This means either your firewall is blocking the connection or there's an issue with N3V's servers.

Have you changed either your username or password recently?

I haven't changed either my username or password recently. I will check my firewall and see if I can make an exception for the TRS19 app. Kind of strange since it has been working for the last month. Thanks
 
No worries - if the firewall settings are OK then it's likely to be something at N3V's end, whether it's permissions or a server issue.

Must be on N3V's end. I have allowed the TRS19 app through my firewall but can't start TRS19. It has been going on 24 hours since I have tried to use the app. Hopefully they will get something going soon. Thanks again..
 
Having trouble with the content manager. I have been trying to find some animated objects for the route I am working on now. One of you nice person sent me a list of animated objects such as Animals and People. I went to Manage Content and typed in the objects name and tried to type in the object kuid number, but nothing comes up in the DLS. I must be doing something wrong in DLS. When I type in the name or kuid I see no search button. Previously when I was in the DLS and typed in a name of something I was looking for it just automatically came up with things that pertained to what I was looking for. Any ideas of what I could do to correct this? Thanks:confused:
 
Seems odd TRS19 isn't list beside your name. Given you have previous versions this should have been added automatically. As for starting the game with that error message the usual suggestion is delete your log in details, then exit the game. restart it and re-enter your login details and try again. Still, even so you should be able to start the game if you can't log in, unless it's been more than a month. Support ticket is probably a good idea though.
 
Sorry about not having TRS19 at this time. How long would it take for N3v to handle this situation. Just got my 1st class ticket, game still not responding; would an asset database repair help?
 
Well, okay then. TMR2017 is done for. I'm quite surprised that TS2009 is still up and running...

If you got TANE, you can copy the cert file into TMR17 and it'll work again, apparently. This is according to the latest posts in the thread I linked to.
 
Might as well keep up with the Jonses and get TRS2019 instead... Don't want to have to deal with all of that upgrading and such...
