Ok so what does that mean? I am installing the Metro.ccp I found a link for here somewhere for the moscow metro, and some assets give me that warning message: Unable to open asset <> for writing. :'(
It may be that you are trying to overwrite locked assets, which cannot be opened for edit (usually, this is assets by Blue_Sky_Interactive, and a couple of Phil_C's content as well).
