Unable to download any of the routes

I am attempting to download the routes however whenever i click on download it says ''0 bytes of unknown'' for a bit then goes to ''Server connection interrupted''.

I have tried rebuilding database but nothing is working.

This is a connection issue most likely and nothing to do with your database, but your your antivirus can wreak havoc with stuff like this as well because it sees the files being installed. I recommend excluding the TRS19 data folders from real-time scanning, and also check your firewall settings too and ensure TRS19 has access.

I have disabled my anti-virus and allowed the app through the firewall, still nothing

It sounds like an internet connection issue then.
