Two Interiors For A Train

Not sure if this is in the right section, but does anyone know if it's possible in TRS2006 to use two interiors for a single locomotive?

The loco of interest is the NSW 44 Class, which has a streamlined front but a box No. 2 end cab.

I've already found an interior for the No. 2 cab, but I don't know how to make it use two interiors, if it's possible.

Hello,

I don't believe it is possible in game. You could change the config file before running Trainz referencing the interiors kuid number you want to use at that particular time. If you can get the original authors permission and you know how you could make a copy of the locomotive for your own use and have one of each. Good luck.

You might be able to do that if the locomotive is made in two parts that are coupled together using an invisible coupler. Then in theory there are now two cabs, though singly on two different locomotives. :)

This looks like it's more complicated than I first thought. At the moment, I've cloned the train and simply substituted the cab for one that looks like the flat No.2 end. This has the consequence of both cabs being like this. But I was just wondering how to you tell the game which end you want to be No.1? I can rotate the loco and change it's direction of travel in Surveyor, but whenever I load the route, the arrow is always pointing back as it keeps seeing this loco as being backwards. This I can put up with, however the speedometer doesn't work when driving this way. This happens in every other train in the game with dual cabs meaning you have to physically turn them around which is annoying and very unrealistic.
