TS2010 to TS12 content

I am having both the TS2010 and the TS12. However ts12 have significantly fewer objects than the ts2010 so my question is can i transfer all of the ts2010's contets to ts12(they are undoubtedly compitable) and if that is possible what is the fastest way? Thanks

I beg to differ; it doesn't appear you have either 2010 or 12, as nothing seems to be registered next to your name. I'm sure you'll receive more help once that detail is taken care of.
