Good Evening Susanaes,

I'm in the middle of huge mess from a failed Windows update, rebuilding my computer and TRS2019.

Jumping in here to help a bit and I am not an asset creator, however I have been able to fix a lot of these errors with the help of PEV's Tools.

The above link, will give information on how to use the Tools, other more learned members probably chime in with helpful comments.

And I also see numerous problems with missing items on wrongly written LOD in Night Mode if this applicable or you come across it in 2019

You need PEV's Tools installed on your Computer for starters..

These Tools even though dated and the Developer has passed away, they still work on a lot of Assets.

Uniform Color Error needs one step in PEV's Tools to correct.

nonexistent file: 'thumbnail.jpg'. means your Thumbnail is missing in the Asset File Directory.

Or it could also be the Author misnamed the Tag they put in for Asset. I see this happen a lot. You need to open Asset File in Explorer Option to see if have a Thumbnail in there. IT also needs to be 180 x 240 size too.?

253_art/icon.tga' is incorrectly used as both a texture.txt source file and a raw image file.

If I remember correctly "Images option in PEV's Tools" could fix this.

total more than 500 polygons. This may have a negative impact on performance?

This is a sticky wicket, not the easiest to solve and above my pay grade.

and this one

I hope this helps a bit, I need to go dig myself out of this mess Windows Update got me into...

Hallo susanaes, it is not so difficult to repair it, it just requires certain number of utilities and steps to make. Feel free to send me PM, if You would like me to assist You ;-)
