I paid for my pre-order, got the confirmation, and am getting the download as I type this. Got 2 emails and have the links to the discount coupons. My problem is this The one email says that there is a serial number printed below---that is not the case. How do I get my serial number for my purchase.

Therabbit, I'm in the very same situation. No serial number, no hint in the forum and absolutely no answer in the helpdesk. Maybe tomorrow man, maybe tomorrow...

This is a complete guess but have you got your web browser program configured so as to not display images? Also, check if the message has an image as an attachment and if so save it to view it. Just an idea, may well be a load of nonsense but worth a go.

No 259, no attachment, no misconfiguration, nothing... still in the dark regarding serial number... maybe tomorrow, maybe sunday...

It could be that as the Beta version is about to expire, they have discontinued the Beta download.
Not 100% sure but a possibility.

All I can suggest is that the number could be appearing in white text on a white background - we had some reports of that happening with the Beta.

No Tony, I tested just now, and if it was in white against white i could have copied. There is nothing. Could you please send me a serial number?
