Ts 2010 Uninstall

After struggling with TS 2010 for almost a year now i decided to uninstall same but was unable to do so as when i tried with several uninstall programs i got the same message "Error TS2010\uninstall dat file is corrupted, cannot uninstall".

What do i do now

Open the drive up where 2010 is and manually delete each folder. R/click, delete.

You may consider then using a registry cleaner such as CCleaner after wards as well.

I'm not quite sure what you mean... I'm not clever at all. Usually I don't like to add on to another post if the question has already been sufficiently answered, (as in this case), but it did occur to me that removing the registry values would "finish the job". I rarely post after you, or shane, or several others because there's nothing left to say, and redundancy on the forums is rampant already.

Thanks to all who replied. I am usually leery of manually deleting a program that has been installed on a hard drive but this time I had no choice. I took Ed's advice and did not suffer any major cosequences from deleting the file except that I can no longer download items from the DLS.

Any thoughts ?

If you are referring to downloading using the Helper method from the web-based DLS, simply run Content Manager from an earlier version (TRS2006+) once in admin mode if using Windows Vista/7 to restore the association.

Thanks Shane/ just as simple as that.

It's OK - due to the way the game works, it usually associates the DLS link with the last run version of Content Manager.
